What the SD-4522 Does

The SD-4522 is a jet internal circulation heat shrink packing machine — a shrink tunnel. Hot air circulates inside the chamber and shrinks film tight around whatever pack enters it. It is the shrink stage, not the wrapper. You feed it a film-sleeved pack from a wrapping or sleeving machine, and it finishes the seal. The circulation is hot-air internal, not steam.

Where It Fits on the Line

A shrink tunnel sits after the film is applied. The SD-4522 is the shrink cell in several lines:

Single-roll pack → SD-4522 (shrink) → labeling → case erecting and sealing → palletizing.
Column sleeve (SD-1060) → SD-4522 (shrink) → case erecting and sealing → palletizing.
L-type seal (SD-BL450) → SD-4522 (shrink) → case erecting and sealing → palletizing.
Multi-roll towel pack (SD-TB1020) → SD-4522 (shrink) → case erecting and sealing → palletizing.

The SD-4522 is the energy-saving tunnel. It pairs with the SD-1060, the SD-BL450, and the SD-TB1020. Swap it for the SD-4020 when budget beats running cost.

Heat shrink packing for any film-sleeved product — tape columns, single tape rolls, L-sealed goods, and multi-roll towel packs. The internal circulation gives even heat across the chamber, so the film shrinks flat instead of wrinkling or burning at the edges.

SD-4522 vs SD-4020

Both are the same machine — a jet internal circulation shrink tunnel — with different cost and power profile:

• SD-4522 — energy-saving: dual frequency conversion, 6 kW stable, insulation cotton fitted, cooler around the machine. Higher purchase price, lower running cost.
• SD-4020 — economy: single frequency conversion, 9 kW stable, no insulation cotton, hotter around the machine. Lower purchase price, higher running cost.

Choose the SD-4522 when power cost and floor temperature matter over the upfront price. Choose the SD-4020 when the purchase budget is tight and the line runs shorter shifts. The wrapping or sleeving machine in front stays the same either way.
