What the SD-350 Does

Irregular and solid items a roll of tape, a hardware fitting, a medical sachet ride badly in a plain carton and get crushed or lost before they reach the shelf. The SD-350 forms a sealed pillow pouch around each piece so it stays protected, grouped, and presentable. It is a horizontal flow wrapper: film feeds from a roll, the product drops in, and the machine seals and cuts one bag at a time.

Where It Fits on the Line

The SD-350 is a packing station that sits alongside shrink wrapping as an alternative pack style:

Slitting and rewinding  packing (SD-60SS shrink wrap, or SD-350 pillow pouch)  labeling case erecting and sealing palletizing.

For tape, it packs finished rolls or display cards into pouches. It also packs hardware, electrical parts, medicine, small commodities, food, daily necessities, and chemicals anything that fits a flow wrapper.

The SD-350 packs electrical tape, toy hardware, food items, medicine sachets, and daily commodities into sealed pouches. Where a roll needs a tight shrink film and paper card instead of a pillow pouch, the SD-60SS does the single-roll shrink wrap; for an L-type seal and shrink tunnel, the SD-BL450 covers it.

Before You Specify

Product length, pouch film, and daily count decide the setup. Send us your item dimensions and target bags per minute and we will size the line. Confirm with any supplier that CE certification with light-curtain guarding is built in for export, and that installation is video-guided machine set up the same day, 1-3 days of commissioning, no engineer fly-out. We build to those standards at Shengde.

A: Bag length adjusts automatically with no manual setting, and stored recipes reload a product’s parameters in one touch — changeover is a recipe pick, not a mechanical reset.

Q: What film does it run?
A: Standard flow-wrap films; the three-servo drive holds accurate seal and cut position across the run.

Q: How long to install?
A: Video-guided remote installation → set up the same day, 1-3 days of commissioning before full production.
